Our Actions for Climate Justice

The Splatter Art Group Camps in Laois focused on creating art pieces using recyclable and reusable materials. This activity took place for 4 weeks during summer in Youth Work Ireland Laois, with the junior and senior art groups. The art camp focused on creating a showcase piece for Electric Picnic from recyclable and reusable materials to highlight the issue of climate change and protecting the environment.

The environmental work takes place as part of the general Splatter Art groups and prior to Covid, the groups have taken part in Electric Picnic where the art piece was displayed.
